Really good Experience, A Return Visit Is A MUST

good birdsongluxurious linensripped bedhead
The location was amazing in a green neighborhood. The zoo located opposite the hotel added charm. The flamingo sounds with birdsong were good. The mattresses ensured comfort, and the linens felt luxurious. A coffee machine and kettle were available, with supplies always replenished. I found the shower easy to operate and dispensers always full.
Our room felt small, even for average-sized guests. The room's cleanliness was not good, with a broken and ripped bedhead. I noticed this made it quite unhygienic. The walls seemed thin, and it was easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms.
Service
9/10
The reception staff was cute and helpful. I appreciated the smooth check-in process. They offered early check-in since the room was ready. This gesture was really good and much appreciated. Luggage storage was also available free of charge.
Location
10/10
The hotel's location near the tram stop was ideal. A short tram ride took me to the central area. I also found several restaurants located nearby, very convenient. I could easily explore various dining options.
Rooms
8/10
The room was of a perfect size, very clean. I had no trouble with the room itself. The hotel provided dispensers for hand soap, shampoo, and body wash. I found these dispensers to be adequately filled .

Good Location, Okay Stay

convenient locationhelpful staffsupportive staffsmall room
The location worked for me. I was familiar with the area as I had visited before. The tram stop was near. About 200 steps. It was easy to find the building even at night. The staff were very nice. They were supportive even if some had limited English.
My room felt quite small. The single bed room seemed a little bit narrow. Storage was good as there was space under the bed for shoes.
Rooms

The hotel offers some room choices. My Comfort Room had just one bed. It also featured a TV, a refrigerator, and a safe box.
Dining
9/10
The hotel bar provided drinks. It seemed nice. I enjoyed beverages there.
